Mocha Latte Smoothie
Mid-morning pick me up ~ mocha latte smoothie
For me, breakfast is sorta hectic around here. I have a feeling I’m not the only one. I am usually answering a million questions from my boys, recieving a to do list from my hubs and attempting to make lunches for school. All at the same time. Honestly, sometimes my breakfast is anything that I have chopped, sliced, or prepared that won’t fit in the bento lunch box. Oh, yes, and a trusty cup of coffee, of course. No wonder I find myself nearly starving around 10:30 everday. That’s when I usually eat (or drink) something more substantial. It’s kind of nice, because no one is home and that equals no sharing. Then I have those days where I find a half drank cup of coffee upstairs and am fighting the urge to jump back in bed. These are the days that a a snack and some mega energy are required. Hello mocha latte smoothie, you are just what I need!
Chug it and do work
After I down this mocha latte smoothie, I am super motivated to get everything done ASAP. My belly is full and I am happily caffienated. Cleaning, laundry, call and text back list, walk the dog, yardwork, check! As a matter of fact, the best thing to do shortly after drinking your mocha latte smoothie is to workout. What better time. Maybe clean the bathrooms or catch up on FB first to allow for some digestion. But, get to exercising soon afterwards. I workout from home for several reasons. Some of my favorite workouts are on the YouTube Popsugar channel. I will even make this working out thing easy on you.
