Mid-morning pick me up ~ mocha latte smoothie

mocha latte smoothie with chia and cacao powderFor me, breakfast is sorta hectic around here. I have a feeling I’m not the only one. I am usually answering a million mocha latte smoothie with strawquestions from my boys, recieving a to do list from my hubs and attempting to make lunches for school.  All at the same time. Honestly, sometimes my breakfast is anything that I have chopped, sliced, or prepared that won’t fit in the bento lunch box. Oh, yes, and a trusty cup of coffee, of course. No wonder I find myself nearly starving around 10:30 everday. That’s when I usually eat (or drink) something more substantial. It’s kind of nice, because no one is home and that equals no sharing. Then I have those days where I find a half drank cup of coffee upstairs and am fighting the urge to jump back in bed. These are the days that a a snack and some mega energy are required. Hello mocha latte smoothie, you are just what I need!
